Post-Tour Concert Sat Sept 1st

Join us this Saturday Sept 1st at 7.30pm at St Barnabas, Pitshanger Lane, Ealing for EYO’s annual Post-Tour Concert. The players have just arrived back from a hugely successful concert tour of Belgium in peak form after sell-out concerts in Bruges, Antwerp and Aarschot. The concert features Rossini’s effervescent Overture to The Thieving Magpie, Grondahl’s rarely heard Trombone Concerto (with returning EYO alumnus Josh Blows as soloist), William Walton’s Spitfire Prelude and Fugue and finally Rimsky-Korsakov’s exhilarating orchestral showpiece Scheherazade. It should be quite a night!
